What we use them for

We use your name, WhatsApp number, qualifications, teaching experience, subjects, levels, availability and any profile you provide to consider you for tuition assignments and contact you on WhatsApp. If you select an open class, we also record that choice. Your profile link is opened by a person reviewing your application.

We record the consent you give, the notice version and the time you apply. We also record the channel code in your link, if present, to understand where applications come from. Your network address is used to limit repeated submissions.

How we keep your details

We keep your details for the tuition-assignment purpose described here and remove them when they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them.
